Remarks

The sponsorship programme is subject to negotiation. Interested companies in taking part to the programme can ask the Organising Committee for alternatives, such as:

• Coffee break coverage (indicative cost £2,000 per day)
• Dinner sponsorship (indicative cost £16,000)
• Reception sponsorship (indicative cost £3,000)
• Invited speakers hosting costs coverage (3 speakers, indicative costs £2,000 per speaker)
• Best paper award sponsorship (£500)
• Best student paper award (£1,000)
• Student scholarships (10 scholarships, total cost £4,000)

Sponsor benefits on such proposals are adjusted to the categories above depending on the size of sponsorship.
Sponsors with less than £500 are ranked in a category called “ECDL 2010 Supporters”, with sole benefit the addition of the logo in the conference webpage. Logo sizes to be announced (sizes vary across the medium).
All sponsor participants have access to all ECDL 2010 facilities, except workshops and tutorials. Also they have access to all conference services (food, drinks, coffees and hotel room special prices).
